Customized winery visits are arranged upon an enormous variety of options. Picking the right option will depend on customer interests and preferences: winemaker, architecture, landscape or historical. Mendoza shares the possibility of tasting its wines giving the whole picture of the Wine industry throughout building designs, different technical aspects and amount of production, getting to know personal aspects of each development.
We offer two visits during the morning and a third for lunch tasting their Wines pairing them with their excellent gourmet and regional food.
Wine tasting is about sensations and your perception. The time of the day is a factor that can influence on your perceptions, that is why we taste during the morning before having lunch and loosing clearness on aroma and taste receptors. Appreciation of wine is our goal but we try going beyond the ability to identify aromas and flavors, investigating the culture, process, people behind the product which we think is much more important than the product itself.
