In the 90`s excellent cooking institutes were opened in Mendoza. New chefs who graduated from them have shown lots of enthusiasm, creativity and ability to create new dishes improving regional (criollo) food. Using fresh and seasonal ingredients from our markets, they have reached extraordinary pairing with local wines making cooking classes unforgettable.
